Betonprijs 2021 (2022)

During the Beton Event 2022, 14 June 2022, the Dutch Betonprijs (Concrete Award) 2021 was granted in six categories: Existing construction, Civil construction, Sustainable construction, Ground-breaking construction, Non-residential construction and Residential construction.
In the Existing building category, the prize went to the Transformation building Hoog Lindoduin project in The Hague (an ABT project); the prize for Civil Construction went to BAM Infra for the Rotterdamsebaan; the one for Sustainable Construction to New Connection N69 (‘the greenest road in Brabant’) of Boskalis infra. The winner in the Ground-breaking Construction category was Hi-Con Nederland (with The Line Apartment Building in Amsterdam), while the company also won the prize in the Non-Residential Construction category (with the Concert Hall Amare project in The Hague).
Finally, the prize in the Housing category was won by Royal haskoningDHV, for the Westbeat multifunctional residential building in Amsterdam.

Since 1979, the Betonprijs has been awarded every two years to leading projects in the concrete construction sector to increase knowledge and expertise in the entire Dutch concrete sector. These projects are an example of intelligent, responsible, future-oriented, valuable and inspiring applications of the material concrete.
