TU/e at Dutch Design Week 2025: the future in two containers

13 October 2025 – At Dutch Design Week, TU/e presents how technology and design can shape the future. In two transparent containers, researchers and students display projects ranging from reusable materials to smart textiles and sustainable cities. Visitors can look inside, ask questions and join short experiments. The goal is to show how science connects to everyday life – from energy and housing to health. The containers act as small open labs where exhibits and videos change regularly, giving the public a direct view of ongoing research. TU/e wants to show that progress depends not only on technology, but also on creativity and collaboration.
